Stain Removal
We believe that we have the best range of products to remove stubborn stains.
If you have stains that could not be removed in our general cleaning process, then we have a range of solutions which will give us a much better chance of removing stubborn stains, including:

Upholstery Protection
At Chem-Dry South East we have 2 different types of upholstery protectant. Aqua Guard, as the name suggests is a water-based protectant.
Aqua Guard provides excellent soil resistance to upholstery fabrics when applied directly after cleaning.
Aqua Guard also protects home furnishings and automotive upholstery from wet and dry soiling and imparts water and oil repellency.
The effects of Aqua Guard are durable to regular usage and vacuuming. The treated fabrics retain their fresh new look longer than untreated fabrics.
Aqua Guard can be used on all types of wet cleanable fabrics that are made of natural or synthetic materials or their blends.
Chem-Dry Fabric Protector Aerosol is the finest quality, solvent-based fluorochemical soil and stain fabric protector available. This ready-to-use solution can be applied to upholstery, fabric home furnishings, wearing apparel, and most fabrics to provide resistance to most stains and spots.
Upholstery Sanitiser
Milgo is the Sanitising product that we use when you have a problem with issues such as pet accidents, water damage from toilets or washing machines, or anything that is likely to cause odour problems or unhealthy carpets or upholstery.
Milgo is a professional strength odour counteractant and deodorising agent. We use this product on carpets and upholstery materials as needed.
