“My elderly father was unable to keep up with his cleaning, and we were months away from any help through the council. His carpets were starting to stain and had collected dirt and grime, particularly around the dining table and entry ways into the unit.
I called Giovanni and he booked us in for the following day. He was very open, honest and friendly, and told us exactly what to do to prepare for the carpet clean. We moved large furniture off the carpet and the clean was completed within 2 hours. The downtime to allow it to dry was very minimal, and we were able to move the furniture back within a couple of hours of the clean being completed.
Very happy with the results, there was no bad/chemical smell, and the house felt fresh and clean again!
